About
Every creative has a different path. Whether you’re launching your first product or dreaming of seeing your designs in high-end home decor, the right guidance can bring clarity, confidence, and momentum to your work.
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Laura Adams
Â
With over 30 years in the Contract, Commercial, Residential, and Home textile markets, I’ve spent my career designing textiles that blend craftsmanship with creativity. I’ve always had a love for color, a reverence for classic design, and a passion for helping others bring their vision to life.
Kindly Woven is the dream I’d been weaving for years—a space where we support independent artists, celebrate American manufacturing, and create textiles that feel as meaningful as they are beautiful.

Made in the USA
I am fiercely committed to American manufacturing. Every woven product supports domestic mills, honors textile traditions, and helps keep skilled jobs here at home.

Uplift Creatives
Whether it’s through licensing, boutique product lines, or small-batch manufacturing, I help artists bring their work to life—and into the hands of people who truly value it.

Intentional Design
I aim to create products that are not only beautiful, but built to last. Our collections are deeply considered—born from story, process, and a reverence for materials.

My Story
I started out like many designers do: behind the scenes, learning everything I could about fabric, color, and construction. Over the decades, I built a career working with major brands—but I kept returning to one question: What would it look like to do this differently?
That question led me here. I founded Kindly Woven to explore a more personal, more human approach to textiles—one that uplifts small brands, centers artistry, and brings stories to life through fabric. From our products to our mentorship, every thread is intentional.
Why I Do It
Because artists deserve to be seen. Because American-made goods have value worth protecting. Because the textile industry is ready for more voices, more warmth, and more intention.
I started Kindly Woven to create something that felt truly meaningful. Not just beautiful textiles, but pieces that carry a story. Not just a brand, but a place where creativity is nurtured, collaboration is real, and craftsmanship still matters.
Whether you're wrapping up in one of our blankets, working with us as a designer, or learning through our mentorship, I want you to feel something deeper—a sense of belonging, a sense of care, and the quiet power of being supported in your work.

I've had the pleasure of working with incredible brands such as:
