Portfolio Requirements:

• One PDF containing no more than 10 design images.

• Your full name must appear on every page or directly beneath each design image.

• File name: Designer Name_Date Submitted.pdf  (Example: Jane Smith_2026-10-24.pdf)

• Maximum file size: 10 MB.

• Submit only original artwork that you own or have permission to submit for commercial consideration.

Important: Kindly Woven shares design briefs with approved Design Team members throughout the year. Following submission instructions is an essential part of our design process. Applications that do not meet all of these requirements will be removed from consideration.
